Offline Encrypted Notes

By downloading, installing, or using Offline Encrypted Notes ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal note-taking and organization. You are responsible for how you use it and for safeguarding any PIN or password you set — we cannot recover encrypted data if these are lost.

2. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Offline Encrypted Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data — arising from use of the App. Because all notes are encrypted locally with a user-chosen PIN/password, data loss due to a forgotten PIN, corrupted backup, or device loss/failure cannot be recovered by us.

4. Optional Third-Party Services

If you enable Google Drive backup, your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

5. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
